Pension Bill Vote Looming
According to this afternoon's Reuters wire report, the full House may vote on the pension bill emerging from the conference committee as early as tomorrow. The Senate would take up the vote next week. According to the wire story, Republicans have stripped the bill of tax-cutting measures and agreed to include them in a separate bill that also permanently repeals the estate tax. To increase the chances for passage, the separate bill may also include an increase in the minimum wage. Stay tuned...
